GD&T and ANSI SYMBOL GENERATOR PROGRAM FOR Pro/ENGINEER by Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).
INSIDE OF PRO-E you can use these fonts to construct GD&T and ANSI Y14.5M SYMBOLS
Just COPY FONTS supplied by ADS and put them in the [Pro/E_loadpoint]/text directory. It is that simple. When you insert the PASTE the symbol from our SMART GENERATOR, it will now paste the symbol(s) directly into your PRO-E, EXCEL, MS WORD, or any other document you like.
To put the font into your PULL DOWN MENU:
- Put the font files in the [PRO/E_loadpoint]/text directory
- Open the .dtl file (either using Advanced > Draw Setup > Modify Val or your system .dtl file).
- Enter a new line in the file:
- aux_font 7 gdtwinfont6.ttf
- Where gdtwinfont6 is the name of the font file gdtwinfont6.ttf.
- Save the file. This GDTWINFONT6 font should now be available in the pull-down menu of the Modify > Text Style dialogue box.
